These terms set expectations for accessing the website, using free resources, and interacting with Coding With Trường.
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its resources.
2. Free templates and articles
Coding With Trường currently provides original templates and educational articles free of charge. “Free” describes the current price, not an unrestricted transfer of copyright or ownership. Your use of downloadable source code is governed by the license included in its repository.
Resources may be updated, replaced, restricted, or removed at any time. Free resources do not include guaranteed technical support, customization, deployment, maintenance, or future compatibility.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to bypass security, access private admin systems, or disrupt the service.
- Upload or send malicious code, spam, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Misrepresent authorship or association with Coding With Trường.
- Scrape, mirror, or redistribute the website or resources in a way that violates the applicable license or creates a competing content/template service.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website design, branding, original articles, screenshots, and other original content belong to Coding With Trường. Downloadable templates may include a separate open-source license. See the License page for the order of precedence and reuse rules.
5. Third-party services and dependencies
Templates can depend on frameworks, packages, APIs, fonts, images, or services maintained by third parties. Their licenses, fees, terms, availability, and privacy practices apply separately. External links and demos are provided for convenience and are not controlled by Coding With Trường.
6. No warranty
The website, templates, code, examples, and articles are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that they will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review, test, and secure all code before production use.
7. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coding With Trường is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or free resources, including lost data, revenue, business opportunities, or service interruption. You remain responsible for your implementation, backups, security, and compliance.
8. Updates and contact
These terms may change as the website and resources evolve. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated update date. Questions can be submitted through the contact form.
